NFPL Playoff Structure

Wondering how the NFPL Playoffs work? We've got all the info you'll need right here to find out the critical information for your team: who they'll play, when they'll play, and where they'll play. As for the what... well, that's 100% going to be high level futsal, no doubt about it. 

The regular season is critical to playoff seeding in the NFPL, as the #1 seed gets a first-round bye. All 7 teams participate in playoffs, with your regular-season performance dictating whether your team plays at home or on the road. 

First Round of Playoffs

The first round of NFPL playoffs starts on Saturday, April 16th at 7PM local time. 

  • 1st Place - BYE
  • 2nd Place (H) vs. 7th Place (A)
  • 3rd Place (H) vs. 6th Place (A)
  • 4th Place (H) vs. 5th Place (A)

Second ROUND OF PLAYOFFS
NFPL Semifinals 

The NFPL semifinals will be played on Saturday, April 23rd at 7PM local time. 

  • 1st Place (H) vs. Winner of 4th/5th Place Game
  • Winner of 2nd/7th Place Game vs. Winner of 3rd/6th Place Game
    The highest-placed team is the home team.

NFPL Championship Game

The 2021/22 NFPL Championship Game will be played on Saturday, April 30th, at 7PM local time.

  • Winner of Semifinal 1 vs. Winner of Semifinal 2
    The highest-placed team is the home team.
